TERM AND CONDITIONS BLANDS LTD
Please make sure you read our Terms and Conditions, as the purchase of goods from Blands Ltd signifies the Buyer's acceptance of the Purchase Terms & Conditions as the conditions of their purchase.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy any goods from Blands Ltd.
Standard goods that are are non-customised items and are considered "off the shelf'' ready to wear dresses, or baby products, Bedding, Curtains, Customers are entitled to an exchange, replacement or refund if the standard goods they receive are defective or damaged or do not comply with the specifications of the Buyer's order. Items such as underwear, pierced earring are exempt, please contact us via email with your queries before ordering.
CUSTOM MADE OR CUSTOMISED GOODS
Custom made goods include "Made to Order" and "Made to Measure" garments, bedding, curtains and any other custom made goods, that have been custom made to the Buyer's specifications and/or measurements.
Customised goods are standard goods that have been customised to the Buyer's specifications eg. wedding or party dresses or veils etc.. If you receive damaged or defective custom made or customised goods, Customer must contact Blands Ltd via email within 48 hour of receiving the goods,
After a full inspection has been completed, a replacement or exchange of the goods will be offered.
Refunds on custom made and customised goods are only offered at management's discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing Blands Ltd with accurate measurements and specifications for custom made and customised goods.
Before you order please make sure, as we do not exchange, replace, or offer any refund if you change your mind and decide that you do not want the goods, or if you find the item cheaper elsewhere.
If you order any item from Blands Ltd which for some reason has become unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time frame, you are entitled to a replacement item of equal value or a refund.
No exchanges, replacements or refunds will be considered if notification is not received within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, or if the goods have been worn or show evidence of wear eg, perfume, makeup etc.., even if the label is still attached to goods. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorisation Number issued by Blands Ltd.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage and ensuring the safe return of goods.
BlandsLtd will do our utmost best to ensure your goods are sent to you in perfect condition, If you receive any goods from us that are not acceptable or if the goods do not comply with the specifications of your order, please send us an email explaining the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, if possible with photographs of the problem, so that the issue is clear and we can resolve the matter quickly. Every case is dealt with individually.
A loose thread on a elaborate custom made wedding dress or made to measure curtains is not considered sufficient grounds for a refund,, and all goods are all quality checked before their despatch.
Management will consider each case individually, and will work with the customer to resolve and remedy any problem that may arise.
